Return Eligibility
At Adanah Studio, returns are accepted strictly under the following circumstances:
- Product received in a damaged or broken condition
- Missing item(s) in the package
- Incorrect product delivered
Please note:
- Refunds are not offered under any return scenario.
- Eligible claims will receive a replacement item only.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and fair resolution, an unboxing video is compulsory for all return claims.
Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel as received
- The complete and uninterrupted unboxing process
- A clear view of the product highlighting the issue
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be processed.
How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a claim, please share the following details:
Your video must clearly show:
- Order ID
- Registered contact number
- Minimum two clear photographs of the product
- Complete unboxing video
All details must be emailed to our official support email ID.
Warranty Policy (Size, Fit & Quality Concerns)
If you experience size, fit, or quality-related concerns within 48 hours of delivery:
Your video must clearly show:
- The product must be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection.
- Our Quality Assessment (QA) team will evaluate the item.
- Based on the assessment, the product will either be repaired or replaced.
- The updated or replacement piece will be dispatched to you.
Please note:
- Refunds are not applicable under warranty claims.
- Only repair or replacement services are provided.
Processing Timeline
Kindly allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing after we receive all required details for your request.
Important Guidelines
- The product must be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Claims raised long after delivery may not be entertained.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for return or warranty.
- Replacement or exchanged products are strictly non-refundable.
- Orders that are refused at the time of delivery are not eligible for refund of any advance payment made.

- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims are valid only when the defect, damage, or missing item is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
- No returns are accepted for reasons other than damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
- Approved cases will receive a replacement product only.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
- If cancellation is requested after shipment, the product value will be issued as store credit after deducting applicable shipping charges.
- Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
- Products purchased during special promotional events or festive sales are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Individual gift boxes are not provided unless specifically mentioned.
